Following on from the interclub success, the girls competed at zone with all members achieving well.
Out of our 24 junior competitorsUlladulla gained three first places.
Including these girlswe had sevensemi finalists, 11 girls off to repecharge and sixoff to nationals.
Two of ourseniors competed amongsome fierce competitors to come out as semi finalists.
Our ladies zone day came around soon after and sevenUlladulla ladiesgained a semi final placewhile Alicia Nyholm and Nicole Pritchard were zone finalists.
Repecharge followed where 11 of our juniors got a second chance to go to nationals.
Two girls gained places and got to join our sixother national representatives for their big day.
The next biggest event was our junior and ladies national teams day.
This is a great day where eightof our girls and ladies in each team uniteas one and have a tonne of fun along the way. This year our juniors competed in A Grade, a jump up from B Grade last year.
Our seven and eightyear team was stunning. Not only did they win their section, but for the second year in a row, they were crowned overall National Champions.
Our 9 and10 year team were next and again worked extremely well and were rewarded with 2nd place.
As the day went on, the sections got stronger.
Our 11 and12 year team fought hard and missed out narrowly on a place.
Our ladies entered in the open under 33 year section and they were outstanding.
To end our competition yearwe celebrated with our eightjuniors at National Finals Day last Sunday.
Six year old Lola Saunders and eight year old Molly Drysdale were fabulous national representatives.
Seven year old Aliyah Healey and eleven year old Naomi Hall were sensational semi finalists.
Eight year old Annabelle Healey, ten year olds Anika Smith and Jorjah Drysdale and eleven year old Aimee Smith finished in the top sixteen in Australia as finalists.
Congratulations to every single member of our club for their effort, sportsmanship and courage in 2015.
