Police will allege a party was held at a property on Brewers Lane on Saturday where a fight erupted between the occupant of the home and a number of males.A 34-year-old man charged with allegedly firing a number of shots into a vehicle was refused bail when he appeared in Mudgee Local Court today.
Hewas charged with multiple offences including shoot with intent to murder, possess unauthorised firearm, use unauthorised firearm and intimidation.
He was also on parole at the time of the alleged offences.

Four males returned to the property early the next morning to retrieve a car where it’s alleged a verbal altercation took place between the group and Biffin.
As they left in their vehicle Biffin allegedly fired a bolt-action rifle a number of times at the utility penetrating through the back window, and another lodged in the side panel.
